Writing A script
I have
recently been attempting to write a movie script. So, you’re asking yourself “And?!?”
Well, so far it is proving to be a pretty cool experience. I have met some
great people that are helping me with it, and things are looking up, so far as
to how soon we can actually get it done and push into filming. Sooooo… what
have I enjoyed most?
I would like
to say writing the script, but honestly, it is been a rather rough ride, and
there is still along way for me to go before it’s done. What has been fun
though, is taking and meeting other people who enjoy doing this as well, who
want to give it a go, and make a living out of it, or at least try their
damnedest to make it.
Also, I’ve had a very helpful member who has been
there every step along the way, proofing and getting up photos for posters, and
making the promo videos, and just, overall being a helpful badass, so give her
page a look: http://melheflin.deviantart.com/
Also, check
out my friend Samael’s blog page: http://shiningthruitall.blogspot.com/
He’s been helping me with ideas and rewrites and tips a majority of the way
through. Appreciate the help man.
We still have
a long, long to go before we make this movie a reality, but I’m looking forward
to the wild ride ahead and I hope all of you will be also. You can check out
the promotional video made by Mel right here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kv_w5xr0F4w

Well, now to
tell you a little bit about the movie. It first of all, is a horror/thriller
movie. It takes place in a small town, on a day celebrating the anniversary of
the town’s foundation. A strange cult takes over the local community college, terrorizing
the students and staff, and leaving a small group of friends to fend for their
lives. So, keep your eyes peeled, and watch out for
Cult: a Port
City Horror Story
