The Problem with 'Murica

The problem with
‘Murica

I’m going to get a good bit of hate for this, but that’s okay. But being American, I often sit back and think “What the hell is wrong with the people of my country?”
And I’m from the southsee, we’re supposed to be stupid and shit-for those of you who don’t know the stereotype, so that makes it that much worse. Soallow me to ensue this as a generally condescending bastard.

Alright, to continue-I’m just going to cover a few things that bother me with us as a general people. Don’t get me wrong; I love living where I do. Stupid people being stupid (completely valid logic) just piss me off though.

1.)  We as a people, for the most part value intelligence very little. Sure, we want intelligent people to do jobs that need to be done, but do we really value them? Hell no. Do you see a physicist in ‘Murica making as much as a NFL Player? No. Hell, but fuck no. And you never will. While athleticism is important worldwide, I still cannot see why an NFL Player is out making more than a doctor’s salary. The same with music. When 1 person is making 2mil off of a singleCome on ‘Murica, come on. I understand we should value these people, but paying them more than the president seems slightly skewed to me.

2.)     We have 0% tolerance for anything besides what we have known all our lives. As a collective whole. Religion, Tv, Books, Music. If it ain’t ‘Murican, it ain’t good enough. Ain’t is Copyrighted by the south, btw. Anyway, I want you to try to encourage someone to go listen to some celtic music, ask them to watch an episode of Japanese tv, or even read a bit of latin. They will look at you like you have lost your everloving mind. And-since I live here, I can rip the shit out of my people for this I dare you, fucking DARE you to live in the south and not be some variation of Christian. You will die in any conversation, you will be an outcast, in some communities, you will be burned at the stake as a witch. Even though in our constitution it makes a clear that there is to be a separation of church
and state. But still “Keep god in schools! Bring god back to our nation!” -_- If you people could see my face it would look something like this:

3.)And my final pointWhy, in a country that prides itself on being a military
.superpower, are we afraid to show violence and guns and bombs to our children on their tv shows? We try our damndest to make kids believe everything is okay with the world, when we should be teaching them the truth about the world.

These are my three treatises. I shall post them on the wall that is the Door of the internet. Hopefully someone can agree. Or disagree. If you want to do either, feel free to talk about it below. I’m willing to converse with anyone who would like to converse. And remember everyone, when you’re eating that deep fried doughnut double bacon
cheeseburger, yell with me “’Murica!”
